We are so excited that we will be having our YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K Run/Walk on May 31st on the beautiful Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach Strand!   We will be celebrating one another while also honoring May Mental Health Awareness Month.   As we did last year, we will also be holding pre-event wellness sessions in the South Bay to help folks feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually.   More info to come soon!  For more information and to sign up early on, please hit the button below.
